National Search Services is looking for a Data Entry Specialist located in the Orlando area.

Responsibilities:

  • Requires strong organization and communication skills, keystroke accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must possess professional telephone etiquette to properly screen and refer calls, including positive, business decorum to greet vendors, guests and visitors at the Home Office.
  • Ability to operate all office equipment, including fax and copy machines.
  • Systematically organizes and maintains purchase order files for easy access and in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Assembles and compiles data for reports or presentations from established sources.
  • Prints and distributes internal reports as requested.
  • Schedules Vendor Meeting Rooms with Receptionist.
  • Manage phone calls, messages, and call backs to follow up.
  • Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in data entry
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Maintained departmental quality standards
  • Ability to effectively communicate with peers and supervisors
  • Ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment
