National Search Services is looking for a Network Administrator located in the Orlando area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to internal customers, and technical staff.
• Maintain network security
• Excellent customer service skills are necessary
• Develop processes and procedures for maintaining and supporting the Windows Server Environment
• Responsible for other special projects as assigned.
• Provide aid to other areas of the IT department
• Perform system and application troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Proactive system monitoring and maintenance.
• Diagnose and manage problems; perform root cause analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations and engineering.
• Managing WAN connections with multiple ISPs and multiple connection technologies
• Working knowledge of VLANs, Firewalls, switches, and routers.
• System Performance tuning expertise.
• Experience with IPv4, Network Firewalls (Cisco ASA) and LAN/WAN (Cisco & Brocada).
• TCP/IP configuration, troubleshooting and implementation experience.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Maintained departmental quality standards.
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and supervisors.
• Ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
