National Search Services is looking for an Accounting Associate located in the Lake Buena Vista area. This is a 9-18 month contract.

• $18-$21/hr

Description:

• The position is responsible of performing the review of receivable accounts as well as perform periodic activities for the support of the receivable operations.
• Perform the uploads of groups and conventions for the processing of the team.
• Review the status of receivable accounts.
• Integrate the receivable balance comparison vs. previous years and quarters.
• Process accounting journal entries for accruals and reclassification’s.
• Other accounting activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate the resolution of conflicts.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver commitments despite time constraints.
• Demonstrated proactive attitude to identify and recommend improvement solutions leveraging technology.
