National Search Services is looking for a Customer Care Representative located in the Orlando area.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent interpersonal skills – great Communication – multilingual is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities
• Must demonstrate a commitment to customer service
• Must exhibit keyboard proficiency
• High level of accuracy
• Able to work evening shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Provide exceptional customer service and solve customer based problems.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in a customer based environment
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Maintained Departmental quality standards
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and supervisors
• Ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment
