National Search Services is looking for a Recruiter located in the Orlando area.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize multiple databases and data tracking software to identify potential candidates.
• Place job requirements on the Internet to increase available candidate pool
• Complete skill testing, reference checks, employee verification and background checks.
• Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in employment
• Work closely with Client Managers to understand client job requirements and the ideal candidate profile.
• Identify and attend networking activities such as attending career fairs, professional association meetings, calling on technical schools and outplacement services
• Attend daily meetings and report metrics based on goals.
• Conduct skills testing, office interviews, reference checks and background investigations

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written with applicants, department directors, co-workers, and the public by writing and talking in person or by telephone.
• Ability to encourage open communication with campus recruiters/hiring managers to achieve mutual understanding regarding staffing needs.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Maintained departmental quality standards.
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and supervisors.
• Ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
